Engagement Portraits in Marietta
Amanda and Yancy
During summer, our studio was hired to photograph Amanda and Yancy’s wedding. We were very flattered, because, as we later learned, both studied art at Savannah College of Art. We felt humbled that two accomplished artists were hiring two self-taught, yet passionate, photographers. Working with Amanda and Yancy was a blast. For their engagement photos, they asked for something different than what we have done so far and encouraged us to provide pictures that were a bit different from traditional and mainstream portrait trends.
We arranged two engagement sessions – one in the afternoon/evening in Marietta and another in the late evening in Atlanta with a stop at Marietta Conference Center (see a separate blog post).
